How do I add a new recipient so I can send them money (or so they can send me money)?

Once you send or request money to or from someone new, they’ll be added to your recipient list so you can easily send/receive in the future using our mobile banking app.

To add a new trusted contact using the mobile app: Navigate to Manage Recipients and select ADD FROM CONTACTS or enter the recipient’s email address or U.S. mobile phone number in the search bar (once you do, you’ll automatically be taken to the next step).
