No worries! If you lose your Varo Bank Visa® Debit Card, you can lock it in the app to keep someone else from using it.
To lock your card:
- Log into your Varo App.
- Tap on My Varo > Card Services, and scroll down to Lock your card under the image of the debit card.
- Slide the toggle to the right to lock or to the left to unlock.
If you’d like a replacement card, our Customer Service Team would be happy to send you one. Just call us at 1-877-377-8276 and follow the prompts to replace your card.
If your address on file has changed, you can update your address in your Varo App by tapping My Varo > Personal Details > Home. Once there, tap the edit icon and enter in your new address. Finally, confirm the change and your address has been updated!
If you cannot log into the Varo Bank app or website, our Customer Service Team can help with your address update. You will need to upload proof of your new address to our secure document upload center, at https://www.varomoney.com/documents before a new card is shipped. Varo Bank does not charge a replacement card fee.
