No worries! If you lose your Varo Visa® Debit Card, you can lock it in the app to keep someone else from using it.
To lock your card:
- Go to the Accounts section and tap Varo Bank Account > Details > Misplaced your debit card? Lock it. (If you’re an Android user, tap Lock your Varo Visa® Debit Card)
- Tap the slider to lock or unlock your card.
If you’d like a replacement card, our Customer Service Team would be happy to send you one. Before calling, make sure your address on file is correct by logging in to your Varo app, tapping Settings then Personal Info. If you need to update your address, tap the edit icon. Once your address is correct, call us at 1-800-827-6526 and select option 5. Varo does not charge a replacement card fee for standard shipping (6-9 business days via USPS) but starting July 21st, 2020 there will be a $25.00 Express Shipping Fee for optional express shipping (2 business days via UPS).
