In the Varo app, tap Settings > Notifications and enable push notifications for Varo Bank Account Transactions.
What will I be notified about?
We’ll send a notification whenever:
- There’s a deposit to or a withdrawal from your Varo Bank Account
- Your Varo Visa® Debit Card is used for a purchase
- Your Varo debit card is used for a cash withdrawal at an ATM or over-the-counter at a participating bank
When are push notifications sent?
We’ll instantly and automatically send a push notification after there’s a transaction on your account.
How do I turn off push notifications?
Tap Settings > Notifications, and disable push notifications for Varo Bank Account Transactions.
If you like push notifications about your account—but not all the time—you can adjust when you’re notified by using the Do Not Disturb feature.
On your iOS device:
- Tap Settings > Do Not Disturb
- Tap the Scheduled slider and specify a time

I'm not getting any push notifications.
Try this:
On your iOS device:
- Tap Settings > Notifications
- You’ll see a list of apps that support push notifications
- Tap Varo Mobile App to turn on notifications and choose your options
- Sounds, alerts and badges can all be managed individually
