If you moved from Varo to Varo Bank, and the IRS has your old Varo account and routing number from your tax return or the last stimulus payment, we’ll make sure your payment gets to your new Varo Bank account.
If you followed the automated steps to make the move to Varo Bank, we’ll automatically transfer your payment to your new Varo Bank Account. Rest assured, you won’t need to do anything to receive your payment.
If you opened a new Varo Bank account without going through the automated steps in the old Varo app, you can link your old account to the new one and transfer the funds. If you want to verify which bank account your stimulus was deposited into, you can use the IRS stimulus payment tracker: www.irs.gov/coronavirus/get-my-payment.
It will show whether or not your payment has been processed; if your payment was processed, it will show the date your payment was sent, as well as the payment type (direct deposit or mail). If you received a direct deposit , you'll see the last 4 digits of the bank account the payment was deposited to.
