What happens if I am missing Cashback or my Cashback was not applied?

Cashback rewards generally take 3-14 days to appear in the Perks screen of your Varo app, from the time you make your qualifying transaction.

If you don’t see your Cashback after 2 weeks, give us a call and we’ll make sure you get your rewards!
