To manage your card(s) on the Home tab, tap View Card.
Lock/Unlock your card
Tap Lock your card > toggle to the right and left to lock or unlock.
Locking your card blocks all incoming and outgoing card transactions. Scheduled or authorized ACH transactions may still process.
Set a new PIN
Tap Change PIN > enter new PIN and confirm.
Replace a card
If your address is not correct in the app you'll need to update your profile before replacing your card
Tap Report Lost or Stolen > Select replacement reason > Confirm address is correct > tap Send new card. Your new card will arrive in 6-9 business days.
