Manage your card(s) in the Varo app by tapping View Card on the Home tab. Choose the card you’d like to manage.
Freeze/Unfreeze your card
Toggle Freeze your card to the right and left to freeze or unfreeze your card.
If your card is frozen:
- New card deposits and transactions will be blocked, but any scheduled, pre-authorized, and recurring card transactions may still be processed.
- ACH deposits and transactions are unaffected.
- Card management—such as adding your card to a mobile wallet and changing your PIN—will also be blocked.
Set a new PIN
Tap Change PIN, enter the new PIN, and tap Confirm.
Replace a card
Make sure your address is always up to date in the app. Learn how to update it here.
| Lost or Stolen | Tap Report lost or stolen card > Tell us what happened > Review details > Send new card. |
| Expiring |
We'll send active customers an email with next steps to reissue an expiring card the month before it's set to expire. You can continue using your expiring card until the new one arrives or your expiration month passes. New cards will arrive in 6-9 business days. |
