Varo to Anyone supports payments to both Varo customers and anyone who isn’t a Varo customer.
Varo customers receiving a payment will get the money instantly. If they have their push notification turned on, they’ll be notified right when the money is deposited to their Varo Account.
Recipients who are not Varo customers will receive a text or email, depending on what information the sender used, with a link* to enter details such as personal and debit card information through our secure portal**. If they haven't received a payment notification, we recommend confirming with the sender that the email address or U.S. mobile phone number was entered correctly. If you have an issue with your payment, reach out to the sender so they can assist you.
