Our phone support is also trained to help if you’re using any relay, interpreting, or translation phone services.

If you’re a customer and find content on our app or website that you're not able to navigate or access:
- Log in to your Varo app
- Tap My Varo > Help and support
- Choose Chat with us
- Type “Provide Accessibility Feedback” into the text field
- Connect with a representative and to give your feedback
