Our app and website are compatible with standard device accessibility features. Turn these features on in your phone or computer’s Settings under the Accessibility menu. With this setting turned on, you can still chat with us on our app and manage your finances with ease. Our phone support is also trained to assist you if you are using any relay, interpreting, or translation* phone services.
Our website is also equipped with a built in Accessibility Menu which includes options such as screen reading, text size, contrast control, and more. Locate the purple circular icon in the bottom right corner of the screen or type CTRL+U.
If you find content on our app or website that you're not able to navigate or access
- Log in to your Varo app
- Tap My Varo > Help and support > Contact us
- Choose Chat with us
- Type “Provide Accessibility Feedback” into the text field
- Connect with a representative and give them details about your concern so we can document your feedback
