Check the following if you’re having trouble logging in:
- Connect to the internet
- Disconnect from any VPN (Virtual Private Network) during login (as this may block access)
- Verify the spelling of your username and password
- Update your app to our most recent version
- Turn on automatic app updates for Google Play* and Apple Store*
Click Log In and enter your username (email address or phone number on file) and password.
Click Forgot Password if you need to reset your password. You’ll receive a temporary code that you’ll enter in the app and follow the prompts to create a new password.
One-time password (OTP) SMS codes and email verification links can take up to 30 seconds to arrive. Wait at least 30 seconds before requesting another to avoid being temporarily blocked, or using an incorrect link or code.
Don’t give either of these codes to anyone, including those on social media claiming to be Varo. A Varo employee will never need to ask you for this code. Learn more about Social Media Sweepstakes and Scam Prevention.
