Follow your dispute status in your Varo app by tapping My Varo > Disputes.
An email update will be sent within 10 business days after filing a dispute to let you know if the dispute can be resolved, or if more time is required to investigate your dispute. In some cases, a temporary provisional credit will be issued to your account.
Disputes may take up to 45-90 calendar days for the case to reach a final resolution. The final dispute decision will be sent by email, or you can review it in your app by going to My Varo > Disputes and tap Closed.
