A provisional credit is a temporary credit which may be applied to your account during a dispute investigation if the transaction(s) qualifies. Not all transactions qualify for provisional credits and they do not affect the final outcome of the dispute investigation.
At the conclusion of our investigation, you’ll receive an email notification of the outcome. You will either receive a final credit by Varo or the merchant, or you’ll be responsible for the disputed transaction amount. If you received a provisional credit, it will be reversed.
