Bill Switch is a simple way to move your recurring bills and subscriptions from another bank account directly to Varo so you can pay them through your Varo Debit card or Varo Believe card. By linking your external accounts through our partners, Plaid and Pinwheel, Bill Switch identifies your eligible bills and helps you move them to Varo in just a few taps.
Troubleshooting
- If a merchant doesn’t permit an automated switch through Pinwheel, the app will provide you with manual instructions to update the payment yourself.
- If your Varo card is frozen, your bill payments will not go through. Make sure your card is active before your bill’s due date.
Can I cancel a bill through Bill Switch? Bill Switch is designed to move payments, not cancel them. If you need to cancel a subscription or bill, you must contact the merchant directly.
