To view, manage, or cancel your bills or subscriptions in the Varo app go to Pay Bills on the home screen or Move Money > Manage Bills.
View and Manage a Bill
View a complete overview of your monthly spending, upcoming bills, Varo accounts and externally-linked accounts1 on the Dashboard tab.
Tap on an individual bill to do the following:
- View payment details
- Manage email notifications or sync to your calendar for alerts
- Update bill information or remove it from Bill Manager
Cancel a Bill
For many popular services, we offer 1-click cancellation through Bill Manager2 Cancel this service > Confirm.
If 1-click isn’t supported or fails due to biller restrictions, we’ll provide a link to the biller’s site and instructions to cancel manually.
Varo will send you an email confirming your bill has been cancelled. We recommend verifying the cancellation directly with the biller if you do not receive a confirmation from them as well. If a merchant charges you after a successful cancellation in Bill Manager2 dispute the transaction.
1When you link external biller accounts, the connection is handled securely via Plaid. Varo and Pinwheel do not see or store your external bank login credentials.
2Bill Manager is a tracking and visibility tool. You are still responsible for ensuring your Varo account has enough funds for the merchant to draw the payment on the due date.
