Ready to move your bills to Varo? follow these steps:
- Click the Pay Bills tile on your Varo app Home screen or go to Move Money > Manage Bills
- Tap Move my bills.
- Follow the prompts to verify your account.
- Link all of the accounts you pay bills from.
- Select the recurring bills you want to move, confirm by tapping Switch [Merchant Name], and follow the prompts to complete the switch.
After your bill is successfully switched to Varo, you’ll receive a summary email with the following information:
- The name of the merchant
- The payment amount
- Your new payment method
- The estimated due dates for your next payments
Note: Your payment schedule will stay exactly the same as it was before the switch.
If Bill Switch doesn’t automatically detect a specific bill, log into the merchant’s website or app and manually update your payment method to your Varo card details.
If you arrange to pay a bill directly through your external bank’s "Bill Pay" service (rather than giving the merchant your card info), you should contact that bank to ensure their automated payment is canceled to avoid a duplicate payment.
