Add new bills and subscriptions or switch existing ones to Varo in the app. Tap the Pay Bills tile on the home screen or select Move Money > Manage Bills.
Add a Bill
To add a new subscription to Bill Manager2, tap on the +Add button on the List tab.
Bill Manager2 detects the following:
- Bills from Varo accounts and external accounts1
- Debit cards and credit cards
- Recurring utility bills, internet services, phone bills, and streaming subscriptions
If a provider or bank isn't supported yet, you can manually add the details to your dashboard to ensure your tracking is accurate.
Switch a Bill
Switch a bill or subscription to Varo using 1-click switch. If the bill or subscription is listed on your Bill Manager2 dashboard, but you pay through a different financial institution, find the subscription on the Dashboard and tap Switch to Varo.
Follow the prompts to sign into your external account, select your Varo payment method, and enter a one-time passcode or switch your bill or subscription manually.
1When you link external biller accounts, the connection is handled securely via Plaid. Varo and Pinwheel do not see or store your external bank login credentials.
2Bill Manager is a tracking and visibility tool. You are still responsible for ensuring your Varo account has enough funds for the merchant to draw the payment on the due date.
