Bill Manager1 simplifies how you track and manage your recurring bills and subscriptions by putting them into one dashboard. It automatically categorizes these expenses, alerts you to upcoming due dates, and identifies potential savings by highlighting unused subscriptions.
To get started simply switch five or more active bills2 through Varo Bill Switch and you will be guided to set up Bill Manager:
- Review all of the features available with Bill Manager and tap Continue.
- Follow the prompts to find additional subscriptions or securely link external accounts.
- Tap Continue to dashboard to start tracking your recurring bills and subscriptions in one place.
To continue using Bill Manager, you must maintain at least five active bills2 paid through Varo. If your count drops below this requirement, we will notify you via the app and email before access is removed.
1Bill Manager is a tracking and visibility tool. You are still responsible for ensuring your Varo account has enough funds for the merchant to draw the payment on the due date.
2With your consent to both Varo's and Pinwheel's terms and conditions during setup, Varo securely provides your transaction history to Pinwheel, our trusted partner, to enable automatic bill identification. If you decide you no longer want to use the feature, please contact Varo Customer Support. We can manually disable your access and request that Pinwheel purge your shared data to comply with your privacy rights.
